How do I set up separate shipping rates for dropship and self-shipped products?

Hi

I have a dropshipper that i want to set up seperate rates for and products that I ship myself.

I know you can set up custom rates for different products but whatever I do they are not showing.

I have set up general shipping rates for my products that I send out and then add the dropship products to custom rates.

What ever I do I cannot get it to work.
