How do I set up shipping with Zendrop without an email?

i am using Zendrop to ship my orders and don't know how to set this up,

its asking me for an email for Zendrop and i cannot get 1 so how to i set up my shipping page

Thank you for the update.

 

I'm happy to hear that you were able to set up your shipping zones. However, you are now having issues with setting up which rates to configure to ensure that you are charging the correct amount for shipping. You have a variety of strategies to address these shipping fees:

  • offer free shipping and have the shipping costs come out of your profits
  • offer free shipping and increase the price of your products
  • charge a low flat shipping rate and slightly increase the cost of the products
  • charge the customer a flat shipping rate
  • pass on the exact cost of shipping to the customer

You can refer to our inclusive shipping guide here that will go more in depth about each option above. If you still have any questions, feel free to let me know and I can help you out. 

 

Since it looks like you are just about ready to launch, I suggest viewing The General Checklist as it’s great tool that will ensure that you have your Shopify store all set up.  You can go through the check list and be confident that you have a finished product, that includes having your media, shipping and check out all in working order.

I understand that you have been experiencing issues with setting up your shipping options with Zendrop. You mentioned that you are being required to input an email in Zendrop. Could you please provide more information on this so that I can assist you more effectively? Additionally, I suggest reviewing their documentation here and reaching out to the app developers by following these steps here.

 

Typically, you would import products from your Zendrop account directly to your Shopify Admin. After that, you need to create a custom shipping profile that includes all the countries you want to ship to, along with the corresponding shipping rates. Once this is done, your customers should be able to complete their orders, and you can proceed with fulfilling them as usual.

ok well i set up shipping zone which took 6 hrs cause i am a computer dummy lol

but the issue is zendrop charges me per item to ship and i cant figure out how to do that in shipping zonei can only put 1 shipping charge in it so i f customer orders 2 or 3 items it seems like i am losing money.is there a way to fix this ?
