Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hello,
I recently shipped an order using a UPS label purchased through Shopify. However, it seems that the customer's address is actually a FedEx location, so I assume they won't accept the delivery. The package has already been handed over to UPS.
Could you please guide me on how to stop the shipment? Additionally, I would like to know the steps to re-send the order to the customer before UPS returns the package to me.

Currently, you'll need to wait for your package to be returned to the warehouse. If you wish to expedite the process with UPS, you can follow up directly with them.
For FedEx shipments, you'll need a FedEx account number. To create the shipment, you can use the PH Ship, Rate, and Track app.
