How do I successfully pay my Shopify bill?

I’ve been trying to pay my shopify bill but one i log in it’s tell me to use the owners website. once i log into the owners website it says the same thing.

With regards to this matter, I suggest you try to do some local troubleshooting steps first to try to resolve the matter.

  • use a different browser or device
  • go into private or incognito mode
