How do I track orders fulfillment and orders paid and shipped

Hello and happy holiday seasons everyone, It’s me Tia it’s been a while since I have been in the community hope everyone had a blessed amazing holiday thanksgiving. My issue is that the store has orders and I have paid for them and most are reported as shipped however, it is not reflecting in the back office of the store. As I am building and getting things together link to the right websites social media and payments I have never not see the income reflected. But I must me honest I am doing all I can to keep the store up and running and just as fast as money comes in it goes right back into the business. Not sure if anyone else has had this problem before but I wanted to inquire and I could possibly benefit from a look over of the store to ensure that everyone is linked and running properly it’s appears to be with all the new changes it’s hard to keep up with it and I see we have a new app feature is there a month fee? So miss the old day’s when you could just call on a guru to make this simpler. However,I appreciate all and any help in this matter if I have explained my problem clear enough. That’s sometimes my biggest problem since I have been here knowing what questions to ask to get the answers I am seeking but I keep trying. Thank you in advance for your time in this matter. It’s greatly appreciated and I have checked some discussions on similar problems so I will attempt their suggestions to solve this situation as well.
