When shipping out a product you need to be able to provide a return address for the order in case of issues.
The return address is pulled from the Locations area of your store admin. If you have a PO Box or something similar you would like to replace the address with, you can definitely do so in there. Alternatively, you can purchase your return shipping label directly from your post office or check to see if they allow businesses to use the post office location as a return address instead.
