How do I verify ID when we are an organisation not an individual

Hello,

Currently we are unable to accept new orders with shopify payments, because it says that we need to verify our id with a photo ID. As we are an organisation is there a way we can do this with our statutory accounts or charity commission registration? 

Do we have to single out an employee and provide copies of their identification in order to be able to accept payments? 

Please let us know what to do, it is very frustrating that you don't have a customer service number.
