Can you give us a bit more info and context here on what exactly you mean by verifying your bank account?
Are you setting up your Shopify Payments account for the first time, or are you being asked to provide identity documentation as part of your use of Shopify Payments?
The more specific info you can provide here on what you're trying to do and what seems to be preventing you from proceeding the better we'll be able to provide you with support.
