How do Shopify payouts affect cash flow?

I run a decently high volume store. I do around the same amount of sales daily, and I even had one week where I did not run ads, and strictly relied off organic purchases, to try and have my payouts catch up, and payout what is in my available balance. Instead, Shopify gives me extremely small payouts while I have a lot in the reserved funds, which I understand, however there is no reason I should always have the same amount in my available balance. That means at this rate, I will never get my money out to scale up my store. Shopify needs to add an option to scale payout amounts because this is hurting my store big time. Cash flow is one of the most important things when running a business, and Shopify doesn't understand that.
