How do you accept payments on your online store?

Hi, I'm looking for some support on my first e-commerce. We are launching in a couple weeks and I was able to take "trial payments" before as we were setting up and now it's telling me i'm unable to accept payments. I'm not sure if i had been using a free trial for payments or if guidelines hadn't been followed (which is highly unlikely). I would appreciate some support to resolve this issue as we will be launching soon.
