How do you handle fulfillment when using Importify and Amazon?

Hi using Importify, adding products from Amazon and Kohls. Do any of you are using a fulfillment center? i don't want my customer seeing Amazon and kohl boxes. do you have a the package ship to your house and then ship them to their homes. Is there another solution? warehouse/fulfillment center that can help? i tried reaching out to fulfillrite, and i never got a message from them. can someone please give me some recommendations. I am so discouraged.
