How do you verify this thing - ACH

I cant refund customer all of a sudden, so have to do BACCs transfers.

What is ACH and where do you verify it.

Shopify has never sent me an email to tell me anything about it. Which is very annoying.

I have had refund issues with my site IF the transaction I am trying to refund has not yet cleared (to me) from the processor.  While my instance was not ACH related (ACH = Automated Clearing House and is bank/financial institution "mechanism" for moving funds between institutions without drafting a check), it sounds like from your original post that your current request for refund may have come up while the funds are still in limbo in the banking system awaiting final confirmation of transfer on both ends? Id recommend trying again after 12 hours, hope this helps some...
