How does cash on delivery work in my online store?

Hey, i just want to know that if my customer ordered something from my store and they selected CASH ON DELIVERY option how do i get that money?

If you are offering the COD option for buyers at checkout, it is important to process the shipments as COD.

All major carriers support the COD option. For example, if you are shipping with UPS, FedEx, or DHL, you have the option to generate the shipment label with the COD option. In this case, the carrier will collect the amount from the buyer while delivering, and it will be credited to your account.

You can either go to the carrier's website or use an app like the multi carrier shipping label app to generate the shipment with the COD option.
