How does delivery customization work in Shopify?

What is delivery customizations in Shopify, under shipping and delivery, I don't know what I need to set here, even I already installed "Releasit Cash On Delivery" App, and activated the COD in the checkout, ?

Delivery customizations are basically a way for merchants to conditionally hide, rename or reorder shipping methods on the checkout page. 

You need to use an appropriate app like ShipMagic which can help you create delivery customizations. You cannot create delivery customizations directly without an app.

Yes. The order rate and delivery is handled by going into Settings > Shipping and Delivery.

Customizations are optional. It is only for those who find a need to do them. To perform customizations, you have to use an app.
