Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I ordered a gift card for a birthday gift and I recieved an emailed a receipt for the completed transaction but never recieved the actual gift card information. Is there a processing time of a few days for the gift card to be emailed out. Please advise if I have to look elsewhere or just wait for the processing time and card to be sent out later.

It sounds like you're referring to a gift card purchase from a particular store. As each store is considered an independent business, we'd recommend contacting the store directly to inquire about their physical gift card. It's worth noting that while most Shopify stores that offer gift cards would be digital gift cards, physical gift cards are usually only offered when a store has a retail store.

Hi,
In my case, I am the store holder and the client was having issues ordering online, he said the gift card page wasn't appearing on his page so he called me to assist.
I then went online as a customer and did his order. He had the same issue as above. He received the confirmation email and not the gift card email. I then got him to forward to me the email he received, followed the links, resent the email and still nothing has come through. What do I do?
