Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I have a question… what if I’m doing a drop and there might be a lot of customers that are trying to buy my product but I don’t have enough inventor for everyone?
- Will there be any chances of a “ghost order” where 1 customer will get the product, and another 1 won’t (but will get confirmation email and everything)?
- what if 2 customers purchase the last product at the same time ? What will happen? Who determines who gets what? Does Shopify update based on what’s in cart?
Also, what if someone is at checkout and them sells out while they are in the process of putting payment info in?

Thank you.
