Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
When will I receive a response to change my date of birth? This is unacceptable to be waiting so long and to know that people have been waiting 2 weeks + is even worse. This is such a big company and no one can help me?

With that being said, I would suggest reaching out to our live support to have a look into this situation and provide an update.
You can reach out to our live support by logging into your online store using the Contact Us page. Once you successfully login, or select the option to Continue without logging in - you will be directed to the Help Center. Select the topic that you would like assistance with to locate the options to Get Support and speak directly with a Support Advisor.
