Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I ordered from someone on the 22nd It’s now going on 4 days. I have yet to hear anything about my order. How long does the merchant have to ship out my order before i get my money back?

With regards to your inquiry, have you reached out to the store in question to inquire about the order that you have purchased 4 days ago? We typically recommend replying directly to the order confirmation email from the store or simply go back to their site to look for other ways of communication.
This is a good first step to start the conversation about what actually is happening with your order then you and the merchant can discuss how best to move forward whether that be you continue to wait for your purchase or a possible refund.
