So I am building my website and it's almost done, yet there is one problem that i counter.
I am cooperating with Warehouse Fulfillment services and they sent me the rate shipping.
Here is the thing, I live in UAE and the warehouse is located in UAE as well, they sent me fix shipping price for UAE but there are remote courier zones that are served with an additional charge. I could not put an additional price for out of service areas only!! I have to add the additional price for ALL Areas In UAE which is going to be so expensive.
Is there any way to the additional charge for the out service areas only?

So I did not go with any app because they were complicated for me, the need time and so much effort.
i decided instaed of using app i will add the charge but i will have discounts a lot and free shipping. This worked well for me.
