How to Add Pending Payment URL in Thank You Page?

I’m currently need help on collecting pending payments from customers. 
User try to make payment, but he refreshes or close accidentally. Currently we are redirecting to thank you and still order status in waiting for payment. This case we need to allow user to make payment. So, we need to add retry payment link in thank you page or email.
