Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hi,
Customers do not have the option to choose " Priority Express Shipping" at checkout. How do I add this shipping option at checkout?

Hey, @Lapash.
Thanks for getting back to me with that additional context. I really appreciate it! I'm going to ask that you go into your Shipping settings to double-check that you've selected each shipping method to offer your customers. To do so, follow these steps:
From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Shipping and delivery.
Next to the shipping profile that you want to edit a rate in, click Manage rates.
Next to the rate that you want to edit, click the ...
button.
In the drop-down menu, click Edit rate.
Once you have done so, can you please let me know if those options were selected already? Looking forward to hearing back from you, so that we can continue to work on this together.

Hey, @Lapash.
Thank you so much for bringing your question to the Community forum. I'm more than happy to take a closer look into this with you.
Before we begin, I'm going to need to gather a little bit more context about your shipping strategy. May I ask if you are using Shopify Shipping? If so, which carrier are you using? For example, if you are using USPS, they offer Priority Express and Priority Express International which have certain requirements. You can read more on their website: Priority Mail Express & Priority Mail International. If the order does meet all the requirements, your customer should be able to select this option at checkout.
In order to proceed, it will be very helpful for me to know which carrier you are referring to. Once I hear back with this context, we can continue to work on this together.

Thank you for your response. Yes I am using Shopify shipping. I am using both USPS and UPS as carriers. On the customer end at check out, they only have two option: standard and economy. When I fulfill orders I have several options and was wondering why there's only two options ( standard and economy) at checkout for customers.

Hi @Luna I would like to be able to use Priority Express as an option when I purchase the label on the backend. (even though it's not an option for the customer). Is that doable? Thanks so much!
