How to add variant/option selections to packing slips

Hello, 

I use the app '100+ variants & product options' for selections such as lid color, font style, font color, etc. Those answers come through spotify when orders are placed but I cannot seem to figure out a good combination to get them added to my packing slips so customers can see what they entered on there.

I'm using the minimal theme
