How to automate custom certificate creation and upload to orders?

We want to offer custom certificates for people on our store. They will give us some information and we will generate the certificate.We are using Mesa App to send the data to Google Sheets and from there creating the certificate in Figma, printing a PDF and sending it to a customer.We want to know the following:

1. Is there a better way?
2. Does anyone know how to autorun a task in Figma (We were looking at https://www.make.com/en/integrations/figma/pdf-generator-api/google-sheets)
3. Once we create the PDF how can we upload it back to Shopify and to the correct order (We can save the PDF to a Google drive or similar).

Any insights and ideas will be greatly appreciated.
