How to automate order fulfillment with Dropshippman?

I am using droppshipman for my order fullfilment. I have money in the dropshippman wallet and have clicked the order will be automatically fullfiled by dropshippman. My confusion is that when I click on the orders tab I see the customer order but it has a button thats says "order product". When I press that button it takes me to the ali express vendor and is asking for payment even though I have money in my wallet. All my products were imported via dropshippman app. How do I get this all automated?

Hey @bill62,

It's important to make sure that all your settings are correct and that you're using the right features in Dropshipman and Shopify to automate your order fulfillment as much as possible. It sounds like there might have been a miscommunication or an integration issue. Here are some steps you can take to resolve this issue:

1. Check Dropshipman app settings: Make sure that the app has full access to your Shopify store, and that the automatic fulfillment feature is enabled. Additionally, review any settings related to payment methods and ensure that they are configured correctly.

2. Contact Dropshipman support: Reach out to the Dropshipman support team to report the issue you're experiencing. They may be able to help you troubleshoot and resolve the issue.

3. Review your order processing flow: Take a closer look at your order processing flow to ensure that you're not inadvertently triggering the manual ordering process. For example, some order management apps may require you to manually approve orders before they are fulfilled by your dropshipper.

Let me know how you get on!
