How to block payments if utility bill for verification is outdated?

hello, I uploaded a receipt for electricity consumption for verification, but it is older than 3 months, the statement comes to me once a year, even from the bank account, what should I do, thank you for your reply best regards Pachl

Thank you for reaching out to the Shopify Community for help with this. I understand from your post you are trying to submit verification documents for Shopify Payments, is that correct?

In this case if the statements you currently have are not recent enough you should be able to contact your provider to issue you an up to date one. Your bank should be able to print out a current statement, with all the applicable information you need, if you contact them directly. 

I also recommend reaching out to our authenticated support to let our review team know that you need some assistance with the documents you can upload. If the standard documents they have requested are not available for any reason, they may have some alternatives you can try instead.
