How to capture direct transfer payments - payment conditions / settings ?

Hello,

how do i capture direct transfer payments / SOFORTüberweisungen ?

I received an order on the 06.11.23, which was paid via direct transfer the same day, but my dashboard still shows the payment "to be captured".

I set payment conditions,  to capture payment when order fullfiled, which also happend the same day 06.11, yet, the payment is still not captured.

I am trying the same thing today and set conditions for today 07.11, but I doubt it will work, as it did not work yesterday either.

How can i ensure to finally receive the payment ?

Should i remove payment conditions (kindly view attachments) ?
