I bought something from two vendors that use Shopify, and somehow, someone entered my house address incorrectly for both my shipping and billing addresses. And the error is persisting. The vendors claim they can't make the change. So can I do that, as a buyer, not a vendor, in Shopify's records?
I can understand and appreciate your concern with your orders. Shopify is the website and shopping cart service some merchants use to run their online stores. However, we do not manage the shipping or sales of the store. I recommend canceling your orders with these stores directly and re-ordering under the correct addresses.
