Recently I had to switch the ownership of my account over to the name of another family member. I am now trying to set up the verification of the account again but I won't let me switch the date of birth that I had originally entered on my account. Does anyone know how to switch this over.
Thank you for reaching out here! If you are changing ownership of the account including details such as theDate of Birth, this will need to be done through our Merchant Verification team. You will need to reach out to our liveSupport team, who will be able to authenticate and escalate your query through to the appropriate team for action.
