How to change the autocorrected DOB in my store's payment settings?

My shopify autocorrected to my brothers DOB and i cant find where i could change it, please help as this is stopping customers from being able to pay.

Shopify Payments account details (such as the date of birth) cannot be viewed or edited after you complete the setup. Requests to change these details will need to be submitted to our live support team. 1. Head over to this link: Contact Shopify Support · Shopify Help Center
2. Log in (recommended) or Continue without logging in
3. Select the support topic that best suits your inquiry (such as Account or Store settings)
4. Scroll down to where it says Get support and select one of the available support options
   

Once you're connected with a Support Advisor, you'll let them know that you want to update the information on your Shopify Payments account and they will walk you through the process.
