How to change the owner on payment settings?

Hi All!

We need to change the owner on payment hence the wrong person inputted themselves as the owner. But I don't see a way to input personal information again. How can we revert back to this since I don't see a way to input this again.

We have a person in Japan who wants to be the owner/s.

Please advise.
