Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hi all,
I wonder if someone can help. We sell frozen and non frozen goods. For frozen goods we send these by next day courier for a flat rate of £8.99 and for non frozen items, a flat rate of £3.00. We also offer free shipping for all orders over £75.00. The problem we have is that if a customer spends say £50 on frozen and £5.00 on non frozen they get charged £8.99+£3.00. We only want to charger the customer the £8.99 flat rate as the non frozen items would ship in the same box. Is there a way to do this?
Thanks in advance!

I guess you have created different shipping profiles for your frozen & non-frozen products. So When using multiple shipping profiles, if orders contain products from different profiles or locations, this will result in combined rates at the checkout, similar to what you are experiencing. Currently, the only available workaround would be to use an app to set up more specific shipping rules like Multi Carrier Shipping Label App.
