I would like to help you out as best I can! Are you able to confirm whether you are a merchant on our platform or have you bought from a store?

If you have bought something from a store, I recommend you reach out directly to the store you purchased from as Shopify do not have any role in the order fulfilment for businesses on our platform.

However, if you are a business owner on our platform, are you able to provide me with specific information on what issue you're having please?
