How to confirm the latest version of Stripe Checkout and implementation of Stripe.js?

Hi Shopify Community!
We already had Stripe integrated and process our payments through Stripe.
We now signed up for Stripe Chargeback Protection.

And we got an email saying 

"Thanks for signing up for Chargeback Protection on your Stripe account.
To take advantage of Chargeback Protection make sure to:
1. Integrate the new version of Checkout and

2. Include Stripe.js on every page on your site"

Now my question is,
1) How do we know if we have the latest version of Checkout for Stripe?

Is that something that is automatically updated on our Shopify store.

2) What files do I have to include stripe.js
Or is that something that's already done when we added Stripe long ago.
