How to contact support for resolving my pending psyout

Hi. 

I want to contact support team but there is only a chatbot which gives irrelevant answers to my questions. 

How can I talk to a real human of support team? 

I tried to send email to support@shopify.com

But ofter sending the email an automatic reply was sent back to me saying that the support email no longer works. 

Can anyone tells me why one of the biggest ecommerce platforms in the world has no support? 

I have a problem with my shopify payment and payout is pending. Its rediculous that there is no body to address my concers and reply my questions

Please note that I tried to reach out to shopify support but there is no telephone number or support email to reach them. And in the live chat there is a chatbot with prefabricated answers that are not related to me. No human operator is present in the chat. 
 
Please tell me where is this status page of shpoify because I do not know how to check it. 
 
I have added bank account information and everything seems to be correct and there is no notice or notification about this in my account. 
 
I made a 1 $ test payment to see if payment gateway is working so that I can start advertising for my store. 
 
I am really frustrated about this issue. If you can help please let me know how should I contact support team to see what is the status of my payment gateway.
