How to correctly set up shipping to international countries with carriers

Hello, on my store little lullabuy, 

I am trying to set up international shipping to new countries, but I don't know the right way of going about this and also showing the carriers at the same time? 

I don't want to make an error setting this up, also setting up the taxes and import taxes and such. 

I would also like the shipping cost to be displayed in checkout and on the product pages I'd like the taxes and shipping cost to be displayed there too. I'm registered for taxes in michigan so I collect taxes in michigan but I'm not sure about everywhere else or if I have my taxes set up correctly either. 

I'm wanting to make sure I do it all correctly to avoid a mistake thank you.
