How to create a discount code for a specific shipping option?

Hello!

As a holiday promotion, we want to provide free two day shipping after the standard FedEx ground date has passed. To do this I have created a free shipping promotion code, but when applied you are able to select any available shipping rate for free.

How can I create a discount code that automatically applies and selects one single shipping option?
