How to create multiple shipping boxes for one order

I have my  rates and zones set up along with my box/ bag sizes and how much weight can fit in them. I have a frozen shipping that needs a large box and then I have a non frozen option.

I have my product weights and sizes set up but sometime they order more than can be fit into one of our boxes or shipping bags. Is there an easy way to create two shipping labels for the same order?
