Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Here's the case...
My client has multiple physical store locations.
During checkout, clients can select to which store they can pickup their order.
We want to create Shopify admin users for each store, but each store should only be able to see their own orders, not orders from other pick-up locations.
Any suggestions on how I can make that work?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
If you're not on Shopify Plus, you'd need a third-party app like Locksmith or Advanced Permissions to restrict order access for staff members.
thank you so much!
I tried finding the Advanced Permissions app, but i cant find it on the app store.
Can u help me locate it?
Could you please elaborate this a little bit? I'm looking to restrict the order view for certain staff users based on order tags
hi cia
thank you so much for your help
one question... i created a new Staff Account (in Settings > Users and Permissions) but i dont see an option to assign them to their specific location. How do you do that?
Also.. I installed Locksmith, but it only seems to lock pages or content from the store itself. How do you use it to restrict staff to only see their own orders.
