Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
To shopify... i have been scammed by a shopify store, over $100.00.
When i click on view store activity, the response is "oops, something went wrong ", and " store no longer exists".
When attempting to notify shopify, seller store info is "invalid".
Email of store thief is:
jlesslingtranen4@gmail.com
store seller does not provide shipping info and does not respond to emails after purchase transaction is complete. I have been scammed by this individual.

Hi @Dailyrider,
Thank you for reaching out to the Community.
I definitely understand where you're coming from regarding your orders and would be happy to share some insight on how we can help.
As Shopify is a platform used by many merchants to sell online, we are unable to manage day-to-day operations or intervene in the order process. We do however, encourage you to check out our Order FAQ Page for more information on how to handle your orders.
If after 4 weeks you still have not received either of your orders, we recommend contacting your bank for steps on how to proceed. Additionally, if you believe the store you purchased from is using Shopify as a platform, you can fill out our Report An Issue Form for further investigation.
It's important to note that Shopify is a platform used by many merchants to sell both online and in person, and would not have access to their day-to-day operations or orders. Ultimately it's recommended that that you contact your bank and/or payment provider directly. This will ensure that the appropriate guidance can be given as well as the next steps on how to retrieve funds to get this resolved.
Please let me know if you have any other concerns.

This is the standard reply sent through an automated reply mail from shopify, when someone reports of scam in shopify.
I got scammed by - https://dryfruitsbazaar.myshopify.com for INR.833/- and I was prompt in reporting the same - stating that the shop simply got vanished after collecting money from customers, who trust shopify brand more than the stores in it.
Shopify should make sure that the merchants who are posting stores, carry the licenses from the local authorities like GST No. / Shop License and even collect their Bank account numbers, and their physical address, and take some common sense approvals. In my case the email holder -
That means already this scamster might have scammed with some i.t products
and used the laptop mail for selling dryfruits on shopify.
Till today neither I received the products from shopify merchant, nor my refund. Soon more percentage of merchants will be scamsters on shopify, if the platform doesn't take some stringent measures.
hi blair am sorry to reach you here but i need your help i tracked the buyer and it seems that he's under shopify by name { bestio.store } 2 moths ago until now he is procrastinates with me.
can you help !!
How can Shopify let the seller take money when there is no verified shipping info provided. Is Shopify out of their mind? This is promoting scamming.
This is not a solution. Shopify allows and promotes scam shops. They will do nothing to help. Do not use shopify. I hope to be part of a class action suit someday. Use trusted sites this is far from it.
Yes. Accepted. Shopify allows and promotes scam shops
I have been scammed too. I was searching for aan item on google and the ads from Shopify showed up, so I click on it, went to Shopify,m purchased the item from the seller raspbery-pi.com. Their email is sales@store-stanley.com. Shopify said my item was ship with no shipping info. They took money out of my credit card 79.99. I waited for a month but I did not receive anything from the seller. I called my bank and they are investigating it. It has been 2 months and I am still not getting my money back yet. And Shopify is doing nothing to help. It is so dissapointing that Shopify promotes scammers.
