How to disable combined shipping to allow the customer to choose shipping from each warehouse?

We have specific requirements that I don't think can be fulfilled by Shopify natively however I am hoping that someone can suggest an app that will work?

We are adding some items on our site that will be shipped direct from the supplier (dropshipped) whilst we do have items in stock in our own warehouse on the same site.

We need the ability to show shipping options in checkout from 'Warehouse A (our own)' and 'Warehouse B (supplier)' WITHOUT combining them together like Shopify does natively. We need the customer to be able to choose the shipping option they want from each warehouse if they are purchasing from multiple warehouses. I have tried a few apps and they all seem to combine the shipping as well. The reason we don't want to combine shipping is that from our own warehouse, we offer multiple options such as Standard, Express and Priority. It seems to choose the default 'cheapest' shipping option meaning that the items that we are shipping will only ever go via Standard post, even if the customer needs them quickly, they don't have the ability to choose the more expensive and faster shipping option. We also need the ability to show that the Item B gets shipped from a separate warehouse at the flat rate that the supplier charges. So they need to the ability to CHOOSE the 2 shipping options. I have attached a mock up of what I am hoping to achieve, I hope someone can help!

I recommend exploring third-party shipping apps like Advanced Shipping Rules or Bespoke Shipping, as these can be configured to offer separate shipping methods per warehouse.

You could also consider hiring a Shopify Expert to create a custom solution for you.

Hey Indy! As Mac has said, you will need to use a more comprehensive shipping solution to achieve this. I'll throw our app into the ring as an alternative to the options they have provided. With Starshipit, you can set it up to offer separate shipping methods per warehouse using our rules engine. Good luck in any case!

Hello! We actually use Starshipit already - would it be possible with Starshipit to override the fact that Shopify natively combines those shipping methods together? Would it have the ability to show Warehouse A and Warehouse B options in checkout like my mockup above?
