Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
We do not have shopify payment enabled, so we cannot remove the option in there. How can I remove this then?

Great question!
May I ask what is the main reason you wish to remove this? At this time, this behavior is expected and cannot be removed or altered. The checkbox is for a simple browser cookie that saves info for the checkout on the shop specifically, and isn't tied to anything else. This was confirmed with our developers that it is not related to Shopify Pay.
While I appreciate this may not be the answer you are looking for, I'd be more than happy to submit this feedback to our developers for review. I cannot guarantee this is something that may change in future or be worked on, however your feedback is most important here so let me know!

Hello @Maz is it possible to set a link to the data privacy page at the "save this information for next time" section with the help of the language field?

This checkbox doesn't work. No info is saved for the next time. This is misleading and looks like a big, therefore I would prefer to remove it as well.

I can give you mine: GDPR. I don't want to deal with saving customer information for now, in a cookie or otherwise. Is this feature still not possible to be turned off?

To provide some context, the notice you mentioned is a part of the checkout. Liquid code, and unfortunately, it cannot be modified or removed currently.

During this time, the checkout cannot be edited or altered unless you are on Shopify Plus. I can certainly see the benefit of allowing merchants to remove this checkbox in the checkout.
With that being said, I can certainly provide this feedback to the developers as a suggestion to include.
