How to display shipping delay on product listing in Electro theme?

Hi! i'm thinking about purchasing this theme / However I need to show on the product listing page the "shipping delay" . For example: "Can arrive in 4 days" .(see screenshot attached - the green letters - excuse me it's in french)

What would be the way to go? I'm starting with shopify and I'm no sure if this is something that the THEME should offer or if its a feature of shopify? 
Should I...
A. Check if the theme has it? (i already asked their support hopefully they'll answer soon althoguht they don't seem very on it since its been a week)
B. Customise code? if so, can you point me towards where i can get more info on this?

C. Get an app?
