How to display shipping option without the word "Free" next to it

For certain countries that they don't know the exact price of shipping for, they would like them to fall into a class where the shipping option is: 

Thank you for your order. We will send an email briefly regarding shipping arrangements to complete your order.

I can set this up and have the cost $0, but does anybody have any idea of how to display the shipping option without the word "Free" next to it?

Also, in my opinion I think this adds uncertainty to the purchaser.. has anybody else found ways to communicate to purchaser that after purchasing the store will get in contact to arrange shipping?
