How to efficiently set up weight-based shipping rates globally?

Hello We are a company that ships products from Korea to all over the world.

We offer our customers multiple shipping carriers to choose from.
However, it takes too much time when setting or modifying shipping rates.

I know there are good alternatives (e.g. setting shipping rates based on price),
but currently we have to set shipping rates based on the weight of the product.
For example like below.
0.5~1kg Fedex 20$
0.5~1kg DHL 22$
1-1.5kg FedEx 25$
1~1.5kg DHL 23$

We need to set shipping rates by country, by weight, and by courier.
Is there no mass editing function or a way to register?
Or is there an APP you would recommend?
