How To Exclude Certain Postcodes For Delivery

Hi everyone,

My store is set up to only sell the items in Australia.

Some items that I sell I can't deliver it to certain postcodes.

Is there any custom code I can put in, so before checkout on certain items the customer can see if we deliver to them or not?

I'm want to stay away from a subscription based add on app.
