How to fix a non-responsive PayPal smart button?

I have a problem with PayPal payments, I was able to set up the smart button but when I click it it doesn't work, it doesn't connect to PayPal and not with a credit card. I added my CILENT ID so it's not the problem. If anyone knows and can help me I will be happy
