How to fix multi origin shipping charge issue in Canada?

Hey everyone. I have been having this issue for some time now. We have multi origin shipping turned on. We have two physical stores we ship out of. We are currently offering $20 flat rate shipping within Canada however Shopify does not allow the customer to be charged the $20 flat rate when the order is getting shipped from both locations. The system ends up charging our customers $40 because their order is getting shipped from our two stores. If we had a centralized warehouse where all our online orders are shipped from one location this would not be an issue however because we ship from both locations it gets tricky. Hope we can come together as a community and fix this together.
