Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Need an update on the checkout page. When Turkey is selected in the address field, the province and district cannot be selected. Customers are typing in the wrong city. As in other countries, they should be able to choose the province and district.

Please come to the payment page first. Select Canada as your country. then change it to Turkey (Türkiye). you will see the difference. I want it to be like the Canadian option.
The user should not manually type the city and county he is in. you just have to be able to choose from the list.

Appreciate you providing me with that link to your store. I did as you asked and viewed the checkout as a Canadian Customer and then a Turkish Customer and I definitely see the difference the how information is collected there.
I did some digging and there is no way to add a hard list of areas in a dropdown to your checkout currently - as shops are unable to access the code in their checkout to make such changes beyond what's naively supported.
With that being said, I've gone ahead and made the Product Team aware of this feedback. It's feedback like this that helps us build a better and stronger product, so I'm hoping the Team will consider this request and action it in the future. I can't comment on what will occur due to this feedback, but you can trust that the team is aware of things.

Hello All,
This is very big problem for entegration so need quick help because we can't use invoices and other some problems. There are cities and counties in every country, I had a hard time understanding why shopify restricts the form.

If you're looking to change the default language of your store (so the language used in your Admin, checkout, and theme) you can refer to these steps below:
If you're interested in showing multiple languages in your store, consider checking out Shopify Markets! It allows you to sell cross-border with translate versions of your site showing customers their local currencies and their local language! It's an incredibly powerful tool to use if selling internationally. You can check out some more information about localizing your store with this resource here. I also have this resource here that goes into more detail about what Markets is, and how to utilize it. Enjoy!

so this post is almost 2 years old and nothing is changed. we just have to pay 2.600$ a month for plus subscription and edit our checkout page lol.
all shipping companies in turkey requires district and most people can't type their own name. instead of input/text we need a city/district dropdown bro. i put all my effort into shopify for weeks and just noticed the checkout page now. disappointed.
as a react dev i would implement this in 10minutes.
