How to fix the error "Shipping not available. Your order cannot be shipped to the selected address. Review your address to ensure it's correct and try again, or select a different address." on the Checkout page?

Full correct UAE/Dubai address looks like this:
1305,D3 / LAKE CITY TOWER,3930955,Al Thanyah Fifth,Jumeirah Lake Towers,Dubai Urban,Dubai Region

This option is not suitable. I have tried different spellings of this address, always the same error. I have UAE rate shipping and I don't need to check the accuracy of the address. How do I remove this or what do I have to do to make it work correctly?

I solved this issue on my own. I have several stores in USA and there is no such problem there, but for UAE store I faced this problem.

I had only one shipping region added - "United Arab Emirates".

I have to go to "Edit Zone" of this region and check that all 7 emirates are selected in the expanding list. I had them turned off by default, although the "United Arab Emirates" region was selected correctly. I selected all 7 emirates manually and this checkout problem no longer bothers me.

I’m having this same issue after the solution was already done on my store majesticgang.shop

 the address is a U.S. address in California. I’m simultaneously getting a payment error message. Could these be related? Please help this is definitely hindering sales
