Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hey I was charged at 3:00 this morning for over $30 for a shopify Account I haven't touched in weeks. I thought I closed it down already, but I was proven wrong with a $30 charge to my card. I'm a college student and I REALLY can't afford this right now. Why is there no system in place to warn people when there's an upcoming payment?

With regards to your billing inquiry, please reach out to our live support team to start your refund request regarding this charge. They have access to backend information that we do not which is required to help you resolve this matter.
Moreover, I also recommend you visit this help document which will walk you through closing your store/account with us. This is required to get that refund request started so I suggest deactivating your account first before you reach out to our live team.
